Sexual Energy Circulation: A Key to Overcoming Premature Ejaculation

Key Insights:

• Many men struggle with controlling their sexual energy, and once it kicks in, it feels like the only possible outcome is a quick, too-early orgasm and ejaculation.

• Stress, ingrained habits, and overconsumption of porn often contribute to quick releases of sexual energy.

• Lasting longer in bed is possible by learning to circulate your sexual energy throughout your body, rather than letting it build up just in the genital area.

• Synchronizing your breath and pelvic-floor muscle movements (PC muscles) is a highly effective technique for circulating sexual energy.

Introduction

As a sex coach that have spoken with countless men over the years, I have heard time and time again how many struggle with not lasting as long in bed as they’d like to. They want to enjoy the experience, feel confident, and make sure their partners are fully satisfied. But more often than not, they end up finishing too quickly. In many cases their partners don’t mention it directly, but frustration quietly builds, creating a vicious cycle that takes a toll on the intimacy in the relationship.

This used to be a conversation I avoided myself – until I realized how common it really is. We’re often told to “just relax” or “think about something else,” but that’s like putting a Band-Aid on a deeper issue. What if I told you there’s a way to actually circulate your sexual energy so you can last for as long as you want in bed and experience pleasure on a whole new level? I’ll share here some personal insights about this topic and the sexual energy circulation technique that have helped not only me but also many of the men I’ve coached.

Diving into the Problem

For a lot of men, once sexual energy is activated, it feels like there’s no stopping it. From zero to 100, the rush of arousal sweeps in, and before you know it, you’re on a fast track to orgasm. It’s like stepping on the gas with no brakes. The average time from penetration to ejaculation is around five minutes – barely enough time for both partners to truly enjoy the experience.

But here’s the thing: this isn’t just about physical control. It’s tied to something deeper. Stress. Yep, stress is one of the biggest culprits behind premature ejaculation. When we carry stress in our bodies – whether it’s from work, relationships, or just the hustle of daily life – it becomes tempting to use sex as a quick way to release that tension. The problem is, this quick release rewires your brain, turning premature ejaculation into a habitual response. And the more often it happens, the harder it becomes to break the cycle.

I’ve been there myself. There were times when I’d just want to escape the stress of the day, and sex became a quick way to find relief. But afterward, I’d feel like I missed out on something deeper. It wasn’t just about lasting longer – it was about fully enjoying the moment and feeling truly connected.

How Can We Solve This?

The good news is that there’s a solution, and it’s not as complicated as you might think. It starts with understanding and harnessing your body’s sexual energy. Think of it like water running through a complex pipe system. If the water is only flowing through a small, localized area because other parts of the system are blocked, the pressure builds up too quickly. This is exactly what happens when sexual energy is stuck in your genital area – it builds up, and if you can’t distribute it, chances are, it’ll “explode” too soon.

But when you learn to channel that energy and let it circulate throughout your entire body, you not only reduce the heat and pressure in your pelvis, allowing you to last as long as you want, but your whole experience also becomes richer and more satisfying.

The key is learning how to circulate your sexual energy, moving it from your genitals to other parts of your body. Here’s a technique that has worked wonders for me and many of the men I’ve coached.

Circulating your Sexual Energy with PC Muscles

Your Pubococcygeus (PC) muscles are the main ones in the pelvic-floor muscles and can play a huge role in controlling ejaculation. Think of them as your water pump in the pipe system. To get the PC muscle working effectively and moving energy in the body, you need to be able to squeeze these muscles as you would when you’re peeing and want to stop mid-flow. Then, relax those muscles as you would if you were sitting in a chair, imagining yourself sinking into the chair and increasing your contact with it while feeling your anus opening. The next step is to sync the squeeze and release of the PC muscles with your breathing and a specific direction of energy flow. Here’s how:

1. Inhale and Squeeze: As you inhale deeply, squeeze your PC muscles and imagine your sexual energy moving upwards along your spine, reaching your upper body and head. This helps move the energy away from the genital area and prevents a premature buildup of tension.

2. Exhale and Release: As you exhale, release your PC muscles and visualize the energy moving downwards along the front part of your body. This allows the energy to settle down and ground you.

Sexual Energy Circulation

I know, it sounds a bit abstract at first, but this breathing and muscle control combo is powerful. It takes practice, but the more you do it, the more you’ll notice you’re in control of where your sexual energy flows. And when you’re in control, you can last as long as you want.

It’s easy to get swept away in the heat of the moment, but staying grounded in your body is crucial. Focus on how the energy feels in your body and try to avoid letting it build up too fast in your genital area. Another helpful element is to set a clear intention before you start practicing: enjoy the moment, circulate your energy, and don’t fixate on any end results. When you train your mind to focus on that, it becomes easier to reprogram those old patterns of premature ejaculation.

Wrap Up: Takeaway Points

Let’s recap

1. Understand the Issue: Premature ejaculation isn’t just a physical problem; it’s tied to stress and the brain’s habit of quick release. A powerful key to change lies in reprogramming your brain by creating new behavioral patterns for dealing with your sexual energy

2. Circulate Your Energy: Learning to move your sexual energy throughout your body will help you stay in control. By synchronizing your breath with your pelvic-floor muscles, you can spread that energy and avoid a buildup in your genital area.

3. Practice Makes Progress: This technique isn’t going to become second nature overnight. It takes consistent practice, but the results are well worth it. You’ll not only last longer in bed but also experience sex on a deeper, more fulfilling level.

4. Set Your Intention: Before engaging in the sexual activity, make a mental note to focus on circulating your energy, being present, and allowing yourseld to feel pleasure. This mindset shift will help you gain more control over your body and your experience.

To sum up, lasting longer in bed isn’t about tricks or distractions. It’s about becoming more in tune with your body and learning to harness the incredible energy within you. When you do, you’ll find that sex becomes not only longer but richer, deeper, and infinitely more satisfying – for you and your partner.
