Dance Up your Masturbation – Video Release Evening

Finding ways to make our masturbation free of shame, fresh, and self-loving could have a tremendous effect on our sense of well being and wholeness. The video “Dance Up your Masturbation” documents a workshop we have given in Berlin at the end of 2019 about how dance can support us to get out of our fixed stimulation patterns and into new mind-blowing self-pleasuring experiences. If you want to see the magic that occurred at this workshop you are welcome to join us for the video release evening on Saturday the 8th of Febuary 19:00 till 22:00 o’clock at the Infinity Sunlight Praxis, Gubener str. 27, 10243 Berlin. Direct after the screening we will make together some erotic dance exercises from the workshop
The schedule of the evening will be:
19:00-19:30 Arriving with some moving and breathing exercises
19:30-20:00 Introduction round
20:00-20:15 Film screening
20:15-22:00 Erotic dance exercises from the workshop
