UHU Sexual Empowerment Day for Men

Join us for a transformative day celebrating your body and sexuality alongside like-minded men at the magical Urbah Healing Unit (UHU) in Berlin! This event is tailored for men seeking to deepen their connection to their bodies and sexual energy.
Supported by the nurturing heat of the sauna, we’ll dive into a profound journey to reconnect with our bodies and explore various somatic techniques designed to enhance our bodily and sexual awareness. You’ll have the opportunity to engage in somatic exercises, including mindful breathing, pelvic floor muscle activation, and meditation techniques, all aimed at deepening your connection to your body and energy.
Moreover, we’ll strengthen one another through heartfelt sharing of experiences, insights, and intentions, empowering each other to unlock our fullest erotic potential as men.

Here’s a rough schedule of this event:

• Check-in and welcoming circle (30 minutes)
• Multiple rounds of sauna sessions and guided sexual somatic techniques (5 hours)
• Closing circle (30 minutes)
