DESCRIPTION:Deep Summer Retreat in The Garden of Eden \nYou are welcomed back to our Little Garden of Eden into the deep summer energies. Passion\, sensitivity\, joy\, illumination and relaxation. 5 days\, 5 workshops\, and plenty of time for simply BEING.  \n \nThe Workshops and Guides: \n1. Shamanic Temazcal (Sweat Lodge) Ceremony\nGuided by Anna Lahak (Mexico)\nA deep dive into connection with our sacred roots\, Mother Earth and her beloved elements.  \n2. Live Drawing\nGuided by Claudia Syhre (Germany) \nCome into the studio or garden\, let the charcoal dance playfully on paper and discover the beauty of the human body in a new way\, through your own hands. In this session\, we’ll focus on short poses and gesture drawing\, diving into the flow of our model’s movements to capture life’s energy. Introductions to some (of the many) approaches to figure drawing will be given by Claudia Syhre\, a Berlin based visual artist (http://claudiasyhre.blogspot.de)\, freely following the “Natural Way to Draw” (by Kimon Nicolaïdes) and “Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain” (by Betty Edwards). No pre-knowledge or noted talent required. We all can learn how to draw! \n2.5 Reawakening of the Female Power with Angelica Braun (Germany): \nFor men and women- A powerful\, exploration into healing our inner female wisdom in support of the New Era in our consciousness. This will be a mini evening workshop.  \n3. Birth into Being- The Journey\nGuided by Willow Proctor (Canada) with musical support of Babek Bodien \nThis Birth Into Being journey gently and powerfully supports clearing/ reCoding of our arrival on earth\, going back to our Roots and to our Tribe. We will reconnect to our soul’s intention for coming to this beautiful planet. From the Void\, we will be consciously upgrading any old contracts\, patterns or relations that may have been holding us back from walking the earth in our original Ways. This journey is guided by the creative Birthing Field\, Willow Proctor\, supported by sacred music (Babek Bodien) and YOUR limitless choice/ free will.  \nPlease note this journey will be delivered in English and the Musical languages. Everyone is welcome. \n4. Heartbeat Journey\nSoundtrance – Dance – Singingcircle\nwith Babek Bodien (Germany) \nThrough stillness\, sound and movement we tune into our heart and express ourselves.\nPowerful instruments (like shamanic drum\, didgeridoo\, djembe\, native flute\, guitar)\nand soulful songswill be played for you\, inspiring your journey\, to connect with your body\nand soul. As we get more and more in touch with what is alive in us\, we create a space for us\nto be and to celebrate together –\nbeing alive\, breathing\, singing\, dancing\, drumming\, connecting through our hearts.\nTo be cosy\, please bring blanket\, pillow and yoga mat.\nThe HeartBeatJourney takes about 2 hours \n5. In Touch Workshop day guided by Moshe Weizman (Jerusalem) 19.08.\nMost of us do a very good job in our daily lives\, of avoiding truly being in TOUCH with one another. This workshop supports the inner path of opening our hearts and releasing that which keeps us feeling separated from each other. A series of pleasurable games and sensitive exercises will support us to dive into a truly authentic connection to the others and to ourself. \n \nRetreat Cost: \n55€/day includes shared accommodation\, logistics\, participation in the workshops.  \nCost For those guiding workshops:\n55€ for the workshop on Aug. 15 with Anna Lahak and all other days 20€/ day (to cover accommodations/logistics and participation in the other workshops). Workshop guides receive free participation\, logistics\, and accommodation on the day they teach.  \nEarly Bird Morning Yoga:  \nGreet each day with power and grace. Short\, powerful yoga set with long deep relaxation in a sacred sound bath.  \nThursday/Friday: Angelica Braun’s Flow Yoga\nWednesday/ Saturday: Kundalini Yoga \n \nFood:  \nFood is potluck (everyone contributes supplies and helps with preparations).  \n \nAccommodations: \nThere are several options.\nA.
